How do I open an account?
Click "Create account" in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage and complete the registration process. You will need to complete all three steps in the registration before your betting account is ready for use. Please make sure to fill in all the details correctly. If incorrect information on your betting account has been submitted, your account will be deactivated. You may be asked to provide us with identification documents that will confirm the information you have entered.
I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Click on this link: Forgotten my password, enter the email address you registered in your account and hit "Send new password" to generate a new password. If you do not receive your password within a few minutes, please make sure that your mail server did not classify the e-mail as spam and automatically put the email in a separate folder (junk e-mail folder).

Send an email to support@nordicbet.com and include the answer to your "Secret question". If you don’t remember the answer, then please supply your address, phone number and date of birth.
How do I find my 'Secret question'?
First you must log in to your betting account. Click on “My account” and “Edit account details” and further down you will find your “Secret question” and “Answer”.
How I can make a printscreen (screenshot)?
A printscreen (screenshot) is a copy of your screen which can be attached in an email and sent to us so we can see that your payment has been made.
A printscreen is created by opening the window where the payment has been completed and pressing Alt+PrtSc. After pressing Alt+PrtSc, the printscreen must be pasted into a word-document or Paint file before being sent to us as an email attachment.
How do I find my user ID?
Log in to your betting account and click on “My account”. There you will find your user ID, full name and registered email address.
Your user ID contains numbers only, and is usually 3 to 6 digits long. Your username can be found in the upper part of our webpage, once you have logged into your betting account.
I have forgotten my registered email address, what should I do?
Send an email to support@nordicbet.com and include the answer to your "Secret question". If you don’t remember the answer, then please supply the address you registered in your NordicBet account, your phone number and date of birth.
How can I change my registered email address?
You can change your registered email address by logging into your account, clicking “My account” and then clicking “Edit account details”.
Can I have more than one betting account in NordicBet?
No. As stated in rule 1.9 listed on our Rules page, ''It is not allowed to have more than one betting account per customer.''
Are the personal details that I have entered safe at NordicBet?
Information given by a customer to NordicBet cannot be given or sold to any third part for commercial reasons. In any case of account abuse, NordicBet can provide your information to other interests so they can obstruct abuse.

In what currency can I open a betting account?
You have the opportunity to open your betting account in EUR (euros), NOK (Norwegian crowns), SEK (Swedish crowns), DKK (Danish crowns), and USD (US dollars).
How do I make a deposit into my account?
There are four ways to make a deposit into NordicBet´s account:
1) Credit card. For security reasons we require that you send a copy of your ID and Credit Card (both sides) before you can start using it.
2) Bank Transfer. See "Deposit info".
3) Moneybookers, Neteller and ClickandBuy. See "Deposit info".
4) Instant Bank Transfers (if you are in Finland and you are a customer of Nordea, Osuuspanki, Sampo-panki, Säästöpanki/Atkia and Ålandsbank).
Please note: A customer may only make deposits to their own NordicBet account, and only with a credit card issued in their own name, or from a bank account or e-wallet account held in their own name.

How do I contact EntroPay?
If you are having problems making a deposit with your EntroPay Virtual Card, please contact EntroPay through their secure messaging facility. To do this, log into your EntroPay Account and send EntroPay a secure email via the Help Desk:
1. Click 'Help & Support' tab at the top of the page
2. Click 'Request Help'
3. Enter your message and then click 'Submit'
EntroPay customer service representatives will answer your query within 24 hours.
How quickly will my deposit be credited to my betting account?
1.) Deposits made by credit card, virtual credit card or e-wallet will be transferred to your betting account immediately.
2.) Regular bank transfers can take up to 3 banking days before they are credited to your betting account.
NB! Do not forget to enter your username/user ID into payment details field.
3.) With a bank link transfer/instant bank transfer, money will be added to your account immediately.
4.) Deposits made from Moneybookers/Neteller/ClickandBuy accounts will be credited to your NordicBet account immediately after all required deposit steps have been completed.

Can I make a deposit to my friend's NordicBet account?
A customer may only make deposits into their own NordicBet account, and only with a credit card issued, or from a bank account or e-wallet account held, in their own name.
Are there any fees for deposits to my NordicBet betting account?
NordicBet does not charge you with any fees for deposits. However, banks, credit cards and e-wallets do. The fees will vary, so please check our “Deposit” section.
How do I make a payout?
To make a payout, login to your account and click on "Payout". Enter your bank details and click on "Register". Enter the amount that you would like to withdraw and click on "Payout" to accept.
You can make payouts to your e-wallet accounts such as Moneybookers and Neteller.
All payouts are normally handled through an ordinary bank transfer.
Does NordicBet have a minimum withdrawal amount?
For bank withdrawals, the minimum amounts are: 100 NOK/SEK/DKK, 15 EUR to Finland, 60 EUR to other countries, and 60 USD.
Neteller and Moneybookers minimum withdrawal amounts are following: 200 NOK/SEK/DKK, 30 USD, or 25 EUR.
What are IBAN and SWIFT, and where do I find them?
IBAN is an international bank account number and SWIFT is the international code of your bank. Both make international banking transaction easier. The numbers may be listed on your bank statement, and in your e-bank under “Bank”, “Settings” and “Account No, name, IBAN”. If you are unable to find this information, please contact your bank and ask for assistance.
How quickly will my withdrawal request be transferred to my bank account?
NordicBet will process your withdrawal request as soon as it is registered. All bank payout requests are usually handled through an ordinary bank transfer and payments are forwarded to banks up to 3 times a day during business hours. It will take up to 3 banking days to receive your funds.
NordicBet processes Neteller and Moneybookers withdrawal requests during working hours, Monday to Friday 9-17. During these times we will try to process your withdrawal request as quickly as possible, however, it may take a few hours before you receive the money in your account.

Can I make a withdrawal from my NordicBet account to my friend's account?
You can only request a withdrawal to your own bank/Neteller/Moneybookers account.
What are 'restricted funds'?
Restricted funds are funds, usually bonus payments, that have specific requirements placed on them before they can be paid out or transferred to another product (e.g. Casino, Sportsbook, Poker, etc). These requirements typically include betting the amount at a predefined odds ratio.
Where can I find information on my restricted funds?
You can see all the details on your restricted funds by clicking on 'My Account' and then going to the 'Restricted Funds' page. Here you'll find a detailed list of all your restricted funds. By rolling your cursor over the words in the 'Description' column, you can see how far along you are in meeting the requirements for unlocking the funds listed. To see general requirements for that particular bonus or promotion, click on the 'Terms & Conditions' link in the same row.
When can I use the money that's restricted?
Shortly after the requirements for any specific restricted funds are fulfilled they will be 'unlocked' and you can transfer them, withdraw them or use them for placing more bets.
Can I transfer restricted funds to other products?
It depends on the specific restriction. Bonuses given out for some promotions can only be used in one product until the requirements are met and they're unlocked. In other cases, the funds can be transferred to certain other products.
How can I find out about these restrictions before I decide to participate in a bonus promotion?
On each promotion's information page we either list or include a link to the terms and conditions that apply, including the requirements for using the funds. There may also be general rules that affect the requirements. You can find them here.
What should I do if I think the funds are restricted by mistake?
If you believe that funds are being restricted when they shouldn't be, please contact our customer support for assistance. Before doing so, you may want to double-check the terms and conditions for the promotion under which you received the funds.

What is the maximum limit on a certain bet?
The maximum limit is individual from one bet to another. If you try and place a bet and the amount exceeds the maximum limit, you will receive a message telling you the amount that you are allowed to place on the bet.
What should I do if I would like to place a larger bet?
If you want to make a bigger bet on a particular match, you can send a request for extra stakes through the 'manual acceptance' function on our website. This will pop up automatically when you try to place a bet that's over the limit. Our bookmakers will then decide if we can raise the limit and by how much, and you will get a response within 30 minutes. The function is available 08:00 CET to 00:00 CET.
Outside these hours, you are always welcome to write your request (including match, odds and stake) to support@nordicbet.com, and it will be considered.
How can I keep track of my bets?
Login to your NordicBet sportsbook account and click on "My account". You are now able to see your transactions and tickets.
When are the results registered for a certain ticket?
We will register the results as soon as we have received official lists with confirmed results.

How do I place a single bet, system bet, multibet and/or banker?
Single
Place a bet on the outcome of an individual game or arrangement.
If for example you wish to bet 10 EUR on Arsenal vs. Liverpool with the odds 2.00 for Arsenal, your possible winning would be (10 x 2.00). If Arsenal wins your net profit in this case would be 10 EUR.
System bet
Place a bet on a combination of three or more games on one single ticket.
You can choose to bet on certain combinations of games out of the ones that you have chosen (for example 3 triples combining four games), or all combinations of your chosen games (singles, doubles, triples and combinations of four games).
Multi-bet
This is where you place a bet on the outcome of more than one game or arrangement. In a multi-bet all the results of the games have to be correct for you to win.
Banker
In a system bet you can choose to have one or more so-called banker games. The outcome of the banker game has to be correctly chosen for you to win the ticket.

What is 100% theoretical payback?
NordicBet offers 100% theoretical payback on certain matches from time to time; this means that we have removed our own profit margin. You will receive some of the market's highest odds for all outcomes.
100% odds (or close) match
100% odds match - odds on the betting outcomes without bookmaker comission. 100% odds on the match means that if you bet all possible betting options on presented odds (1-x-2 or 1-2) for the same gross win on each outcome, you will not lose your stake.

How do I create a poker account?
Follow these guidelines during the registration:
- Download the poker client and login by using the same username and password as you have registered for your betting account.
- If you have played in the Prima Poker network before, it’s important that you use the same alias and e-mail address as you did when registering your first Prima Poker account.
- If you can’t register your poker account for any reason, please contact us at support@nordicbet.com and we will do our best to help you with this.

This means that there is another poker account (with the Prima Poker network) registered on your computer already. For security reasons we only allow one registration per computer, due to possible manipulation with multiple accounts.
Contact us on support@nordicbet.com and we will help you to register the new account manually.
How do I deposit money into my poker account?
Depositing money into your poker account is a two-step process. First, you need to deposit money into your NordicBet account. Then you need to transfer the money from your NordicBet account to your poker account.
After depositing money into your NordicBet account, open up the NordicBet poker client. Once the client is open, click "Login" and then "Bank". The Poker Bank will then open. The money you have deposited from your sportsbook account will be displayed in the "TRANSFER FROM SPORTSBOOK" box on the left. To transfer money from NordicBet to your poker account, enter the amount in the "Buy poker chips" field of the "TRANSFER FROM SPORTSBOOK" box on the left. Then click "Buy" and the amount will be transferred to your poker account, and you'll be ready to play.

How do I withdraw money from my poker account?
Open the "Poker Bank". In the "TRANSFER FROM POKER" box on the right, enter the amount of chips you would like to cash out in the "Cash in poker chips" field. Then click "Cash In."
After this, login to www.nordicbet.com and you will see the amount in your balance. Click "Payout" to transfer the money to your bank account. You will need to register your bank account before you can make a withdrawal.
How can I transfer money to another player (buddy transfer)?
Send an email to support@nordicbet.com from your registered email address and include the following details:
- Your alias and your friend’s alias
- The amount that you would like to transfer (in euros)
- The answer to your "secret question". You can find this by checking your details on your sportsbook account.
-Also make sure that the money you would like to transfer is available on your poker account.
What sort of bonuses does NordicBet offer?

I have won a tournament but my winnings have not been paid out yet
It may take up to 15 minutes from the end of the tournament until the prize is paid out to your account. Please contact us if the money is still not in your account within this time period.
How can I find the password for a freeroll?
Some of the freeroll tournaments that NordicBet offers are private tournaments; they require a password for you to be able to participate. These tournaments are arranged in cooperation with different societies and associations, and those organisations will provide a password to you if you are eligible to participate.
NordicBet cannot help you with passwords or any further information regarding this.

What happens if I loose my connection during the game?
You will not loose your money or any winnings if you loose your connection to our server during the game. All games are logged separately, and if an error should occur, all the information will still be available.
If there is then error during the game, then please restart the game that you where playing and you will be able to continue from where you left off.
